Perseverance
The drills in language skill encourage students to challenge themselves and push beyond perceived limits. For example attempting to spell physically and emotionally demanding words such as “sesquipedilian” or “defenestrate” or “mitochondrion” for learners in say Grade 5-6 for example, builds grit and perseverance
Boosts Confidence
Amidst the fun and freedom of learning, young learner’s gain self-assurance and believe in their abilities. Reading about professional subject areas and venturing into themes and topics given to them by their coaches empowers young people to shed self-doubt.
Communication skills
Guiding students to embrace diverse perspectives through reading and spelling words, make them communicate clearly, as they make meaning of passages that sets them up for success. We are a licensed educational agency legally registered under the Ghana Registration of Business Names Act 1962 (N0. 151). We are also duly accredited by the Ghana Education Service. Our last inspection gave excellent feedback with no action points. This reflects our commitment to excellence.
Individualized Attention
Every student is unique. And so we provide some individualized attention to ‘struggling’ learners in the different age groups. Learner’s sometimes leave with personalized reports given to their regular class teachers in areas they can continue assisting them. All participants of our program receive a noteworthy certificate which is an added value for the young learner. This has proven to open doors for further or advanced education and career path for the learner across the world.
Local Touch, Global Reach
With opportunities to participate in the Ghana, Africa, Intercontinental and Global competitions in selected respective African country, Dubai and UK respectively, students get the opportunity and privilege to enjoy diverse cultural experiences while learning through the Smart Spell Challenge.
