The Spelling Bee assures that learners attain the core skills in literacy and language - ability to identify, understand, interpret, create, communicate and compute words in varying contexts to facilitate accelerated gains in reading outcomes.
The Smile Read focuses on reading of selected reader-books out from which words are selected for spelling. The contest was structured in graduating levels from Zonal, Super-zonal, Regional to the National levels which created a lot more educative fun for learners during the competition.
Edupro Concepts began participating in International Spelling Bee programs outside Ghana starting 2017. It started with sending contestants from the National Championship to represent Ghana in the Africa Spelling Bee contest.

Guided by Christ’s teaching we believe that children because of their dependency and immaturity are vulnerable to abuse. Child abuse may take many different forms such as neglect, physical, emotional and sexual abuse and other forms of maltreatment.
We at Edupro therefore seek to enable fulfillment of children’s rights to protection from all forms of abuse and violence while participating in our program activities. While parents/guardian have primary responsibility for the care and protection of their children, Edupro Concepts Organization with its partners have a clear responsibility in this area.
We ensure we have management policy in place that has procedures to prevent and deal with causing harm to children wherever our presence might be. As a child safe organization, we have embedded the following in our policy to protect all children we work with;
Principles of Child Protection derived from the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
